The certificate you earn — and how anyone can verify it

Pass a course's final exam and Truckcess issues your Certificate of Completion on the spot — downloadable as a PDF, signed by the Course Director, and verifiable by anyone you hand it to. A recruiter, school, or employer scans the QR code or opens the verification link and sees the live record.

What's on it

  • Your full legal name — printed exactly as you entered it for federal reporting
  • The course you completed and your final exam score
  • A unique certificate number and issue date
  • A verification link and QR code anyone can check in seconds

The certificate is the receipt. The registry is the record.

For ELDT theory courses (Class A, Class B, HazMat, Passenger, School Bus), your completion is also reported to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry — the federal database your state DMV checks before your skills test (or, for HazMat, before the knowledge test). Every certificate verifies at mytruckcess.com/verify.

What it is not

  • Not a CDL, permit, or license — those come from your state
  • Not behind-the-wheel training documentation
  • For Tanker (N) and Doubles/Triples (T), it documents knowledge-test preparation — those endorsements have no federal training requirement
