Meet the Course Director: Armani Hernandez
Course Director, Truckcess
I built Truckcess out of three things that don't usually end up in the same place.
Six years in the military, in the medical field. That's where I learned how real training works — not "read this and hope," but structured instruction with a standard you either meet or you don't. When people's lives depend on the outcome, nobody leaves the material to chance.
Four years driving professionally. I hold a CDL. I've done the miles, the pre-trips, the DOT stops, the weeks away from home. I know which parts of the job the manual prepares you for and which parts it doesn't.
A B.S. in Information Technology and an M.S. in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University. The IT degree is why the platform exists. The logistics degree is why the curriculum is built the way it is.
Along the way I've had to pass a lot of standardized exams across a lot of industries, and I got methodical about it — spaced repetition, recall over recognition, drilling the question formats and not just the facts. That study system is what Truckcess runs on.
When I sat for my own CDL permit, I took all three sections — general knowledge, air brakes, and combination vehicles — in one visit and walked out with my permit in about 25 minutes. The person testing next to me failed the general knowledge section and left with nothing: no permit, a wasted day, and a lot less confidence than he came in with. Same DMV, same test, same day.
The difference wasn't intelligence. It was method. Truckcess is that method, built into a course.
Credentials

What Truckcess is — and isn't
Truckcess is:
- A CDL study system — practice tests, flashcards, and pre-trip drills for general knowledge, air brakes, and combination vehicles
- Fully online HazMat (H) endorsement ELDT. The H endorsement has no behind-the-wheel component under federal rule, so online delivery is complete training, not a shortcut. Start to finish, here. (TSA screening and your state's knowledge test are separate steps with those agencies.)
- Online Class A and Class B theory instruction that satisfies the theory portion of the federal ELDT requirement
- An FMCSA-registered Training Provider — verify us yourself on the federal registry
- Submission of your completion to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry within two business days of finishing, as federal rule requires
Truckcess is not:
- A truck driving school. We do not provide behind-the-wheel training, and no online provider legally can.
- A substitute for your state's skills test or road exam
- A guarantee you'll pass. We give you the system; you still have to do the work.
- A job placement service
Don't take our word for it. Check the federal registry. Truckcess is listed on the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, the government database your state DMV uses to confirm ELDT completion. Verify us: tpr.fmcsa.dot.gov → Search for a Training Provider → enter Truckcess LLC and select Kansas. We're registered under our legal business name. Many providers advertise under a brand name and register under a different entity — always check the legal name, for us and for anyone else you're considering.
