Add a CDL pathway to your CTE or workforce catalog — purchased on a PO
Stand up commercial-driver theory for your career-tech or continuing-education program without hiring theory instructors. Buy seats on a purchase order and keep a per-student completion trail for your records.
A commercial-driver pathway is one of the highest-wage outcomes a CTE or workforce program can offer — but standing up classroom theory means curriculum, instructors, and scheduling you may not have. Truckcess gives you the theory layer off the shelf, narrated and self-paced, built around the topics in 49 CFR Part 380 Appendices A–E.
Purchase seats on a PO or net-30 invoice, distribute codes to enrolled students, and keep an exportable roster and per-student completion record for your program reporting.
The problem today
- No easy way to add CDL theory without hiring and scheduling instructors.
- Procurement needs a PO / net-30 path, not a credit-card checkout.
- Program reporting needs a defensible per-student completion record.
How Truckcess helps
- A turnkey theory layer for your catalog: Full Class A/B theory plus every endorsement, narrated and self-paced — no theory instructor to hire, no curriculum to build.
- Bought the way your district buys: Request an invoice on PO / net-30 terms; nothing is charged until it's paid, and seats issue the moment it clears.
- Reporting your program can stand behind: Exportable roster plus a per-student, per-unit assessment record and QR-verifiable completion certificate for each finisher.
- Grant- and term-friendly seats: Unactivated seats never expire, so a purchase made this term isn't wasted if a student enrolls the next — the 12-month clock only starts at activation.
Districts & Colleges FAQ
- Can we buy on a purchase order or net-30?
- Yes. The Organization, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ blocks can be invoiced on PO / net-30 terms. Request an invoice on the For Organizations page — nothing is charged until it's paid, and seats issue as soon as it clears.
- Do we need instructors to run this?
- No. For programs without assigned instructors, students simply complete the courses themselves. There's no provisioning work and no instructor account required — you still get the completion roster and certificates.
- Is this an accredited or ELDT credential?
- No. The completion certificate documents that a student finished a course and passed its assessment in Truckcess. It is not a government-issued license, an accredited credential, or ELDT. Truckcess is not an FMCSA-registered training provider.
- What happens to seats we don't use this term?
- Unactivated seats never expire. Buy ahead of enrollment with no clock running; each student's 12-month access window starts only when they activate their code.
