Does completion satisfy federal ELDT requirements?
Yes — the theory half. Truckcess CDL Academy is an FMCSA-registered ELDT theory provider on the Training Provider Registry for Class A, Class B, and the Passenger, School Bus, and Hazmat endorsements, and we report each participant's theory completion to the registry. Participants still complete behind-the-wheel training with a BTW provider for Class A/B and P/S; Hazmat is theory-only under ELDT but also requires a TSA security threat assessment and the state knowledge test.
