Stay ahead of maintenance
Service intervals tracked by real odometer miles — so the reminder arrives before the breakdown does.
- See your truck's service picture The Maintenance page lists every scheduled and completed service for each truck, with what's coming due next. Reminders key off the truck's actual odometer — which updates automatically every time you complete a load or log fuel with a reading.
- Schedule service with a mileage interval Add a service with a due date, a due mileage, or both. When the truck's odometer approaches the interval, the maintenance red dot lights up in the sidebar and the item appears in your dashboard's Needs Attention list.
- Log the completed work Mark the service done with its cost and the odometer at service time. The cost lands in your expense picture, and the next interval starts counting from the real reading — no spreadsheet math. Tip: Maintenance averages over $14,000 a year for an owner-operator. The wins come from catching the $300 fix before it becomes the $3,000 tow.
