Put your license in the Vault

Store your CDL, medical card, and credentials with their expiration dates — Truckcess reminds you before anything expires. Free, forever.

1. Click Add document Open the License Vault and click Add document (circled). The Vault tracks your CDL, DOT medical card, vehicle registration, insurance, annual inspection, and more.
2. Pick the type and set the expiration date Choose the document type, enter the expiration date, and — optionally — attach a photo or PDF so you can pull it up at a roadside inspection in seconds. Files are stored privately and only you can access them.
3. Let the reminders do the watching Truckcess emails you 60, 30, and 7 days before each expiration, and anything inside 30 days shows an amber "Expiring soon" badge (circled). Your road-ready score at the top shows how covered you are at a glance. Tip: An expired medical card can put you out of service on the spot — this is the two-minute setup that makes that violation impossible to stumble into.
