Import your existing records

Bring months of history in at once — trips, fuel, and mileage CSVs land as real records, matched to your trucks automatically.

1. Pick your workflow The Import Center supports two ways of working: track loads manually and sync exported data later, or import first and let Truckcess build trips from your files. Both end up in the same place — pick whichever matches how you already work.
2. Upload your CSV exports Upload trip, fuel, or mileage exports (up to 10,000 rows per file). Truckcess parses them, matches rows to your trucks, and auto-links mileage to existing trips where the dates and units line up.
3. Review only what needs attention Clean matches file themselves — fuel rows become fuel purchases, mileage rows become state-mileage records, and linked trips sync odometer and financials through the same engine as manual entries. Anything ambiguous waits in a review queue for one-click decisions. Tip: Importing history? Records keep their real dates, so charts, profit history, and your tax picture stay accurate all the way back.
